Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Titan brush roll (Part #DS10G) fits the Titan T5 power nozzle. It sits across the base of the nozzle and agitates carpet fibers so the vacuum can lift embedded dirt and pet hair.
Over months of use the bristles mat down, wear short, or wrap with hair and thread, and the end bearings can seize. A tired brush roll drags across carpet without agitating it, leaving grit behind and straining the nozzle motor. Fitting the correct roll restores firm bristle contact and full pickup.
