Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Titan brush roll (Part #571039108) is an OEM replacement agitator for the Titan T3600 bagged upright. Its spinning bristles loosen embedded dirt, hair, and debris from carpet fibers so the airflow can carry it away.
Over time bristles mat down, wear short, and collect wound hair, while worn bearings can slow or stop the roll entirely. A machine with a tired brush roll leaves grit behind on carpet and rugs. A new roll brings back aggressive agitation and thorough pickup.
