Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Titan bottom plate (Part #DS41G) is a genuine replacement for the Titan T5 power nozzle. It forms the underside of the nozzle, holding the brush roll in its sealed chamber against the floor.
A bottom plate that is cracked, warped, or worn thin breaks the seal around the brush roll, so air leaks in and suction drops at floor level. A rough or broken plate can also scuff hard floors. Fitting a sound plate re-establishes the sealed cleaning chamber and full ground-level airflow.
