Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 6 foot electric pigtail cord connects a central vacuum hose to a standard wall outlet to power an electric powerhead. One end carries a female two-prong receptacle that mates to the hose, while the other ends in a plug for the wall socket.

A frayed or failed pigtail cord cuts power to the powerhead, so the brush roll stops even while suction continues. Replacing it with a sound cord restores a safe, reliable feed from the outlet to the hose, bringing the motorized head back to full operation.

  • Fits: NuTone 348N, 349N, 549, 549N, CH510, CH515, CH520, CH310 wire-reinforced electric hoses, plus many other brands

Plug the cord into the wall and connect the receptacle to the hose end. Because it carries line voltage, inspect it for damage and confirm your hose fitting before ordering.
