Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a telescoping extension wand for the Oreck Buster B vacuum, covering the BB1100 and BB1200 models, stocked as Oreck part 430000910. Sliding the wand out adds reach for high shelves, drapery tops and other spots the standard length cannot reach, then it locks back down to its shorter setting for everyday use.

Oreck currently sells a similar telescoping wand on its own website, the Ultimate Handheld Extension Wand made for the Oreck Ultimate Handheld Vacuum, which shows the sliding-wand design carrying forward in Oreck's lineup rather than being something unique to the Buster B era. Once the slide joint on a wand like this cracks, or the locking tension gives out, the sections stop holding their set length and start leaking air where they overlap, and that leak is what softens suction at whatever tool is attached.
