Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The NuTone CT175 Telescopic Electric Wand is an aluminum retractable wand that extends from 26 to 39 inches in one-inch steps, locking at each setting through a positive ratchet mechanism. Its electrical connection carries power to a motorized cleaning head for deep carpet cleaning.

An electric wand that will not hold its length or has a failing electrical path leaves the powerhead without reliable power and shortens your effective reach. A sound replacement restores both the ratchet lock and the electrical connection so the motorized head runs as intended on carpet.

  • Fits: NuTone CH515, CH615, VXCH515, and VXCH615 hoses; required with the CT700 electric powerhead
  • Construction: aluminum, retractable from 26 to 39 inches with ratchet lock
  • Benefit: adjustable reach plus power delivery to the electric head
  • Tip: pair with a CH515 or CH615 crush-proof hose

Set the wand to length until the ratchet locks, then confirm the powerhead energizes before cleaning carpet.
