Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B113-0700C is the new style rear motor mount seal for Symmetry and Vibrance uprights. Riccar catalogs it as Back Motor Mount Seal New Symm Vibrance and lists it against three models: 6870.4, 6970.4 and R800C.4. Both range names appear because the manufacturer name for the part covers the two of them.

New style is the operative phrase. This is the revised version of the seal, so what comes out of an older machine will not necessarily look like what goes back in, and appearance is the wrong thing to match on. The model numbers above, suffixes included, are the check that works. Riccar prints all three of them inside the part name itself, so a machine that is not one of the three is not covered here.
