Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Braces on either flank hold the neck pivot square to the floor head, and 2311 is the right-hand one for ET-1 plus ET-2 power heads. It shows up as position 123 in the ET 1 / ET 2 power head, DART and FELIX diagrams, described in each as the right swivel neck support.

Play at the pivot rarely begins in the pivot itself. More often a brace has fractured around its mounting boss, letting the joint shift under load so the head wanders off line and the whole assembly feels vague in the hand. Because the crack usually runs where the plastic is thinnest and the part stays in place after it splits, the damage is easy to miss on a quick look. The reliable test is to take the brace off and flex it between finger and thumb; a sound one resists, a failed one hinges. Symptoms worth taking seriously are a rattle from the joint, steering that has lost its precision, and a head that no longer tracks straight when pushed at speed.

The pair share identical duty and identical hours, so the left-hand brace, part 2312, is worth checking the same way while the head is already open. Fitment runs across the SEBO FELIX Premium, FELIX 2 Premium, DART and C3.1 uprights and the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium canisters, on ET-1 and ET-2 heads alike, switched or unswitched. Nothing about the wiring layout of the head changes the choice, since the support is a purely structural moulding with no electrical role.
