Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This replacement switch housing is the right-hand piece for the Sanitaire S-670, and it also fits Sanitaire 02349A and 288N uprights. The housing holds the on/off switch and shields its wiring where the handle meets the body.

A cracked or broken switch housing can leave the switch loose, expose the wiring, or cause intermittent power as the contacts shift. Replacing the housing secures the switch in its proper position and restores reliable, protected on/off operation.
