We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Entry in the R10E's name marks it as the starting point in Riccar's SupraLite line, a lightweight bagged upright built to keep the fundamentals simple rather than layer on features a first-time buyer may not need yet. It shares the SupraLite family's lightweight build with the rest of that range, just without the additional trim levels above it.
Riccar builds the R10E as a floor-only machine, with no onboard hose or attachment set, keeping the weight near eight pounds and the controls to a simple switch with a headlight up front. Above-floor jobs like stairs and upholstery are left to a canister or handheld, the honest tradeoff this end of the line makes for its light build.
Being bagged, the R10E keeps dust and debris sealed away in a bag through disposal, and its lighter build makes it easier to carry up and down stairs or store in a smaller closet than Riccar's full-size uprights. For someone buying their first serious vacuum rather than replacing a worn-out one, the Entry configuration is a reasonable place to start.
Simple is a deliberate choice at this end of the SupraLite line, not a limitation. Fewer components generally means fewer things that can eventually need attention, and a machine that is easy to lift and carry gets used more consistently than one left in a closet because hauling it out feels like a chore. Vacuums and More holds authorized Riccar dealer status, and many owners who start with the R10E move up to other Riccar machines later keeping this one in service for quick everyday passes on the main floor.
