Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D017-2873 replaces the entire nozzle assembly, finished in Super Red, on the RSLAC ultra-lightweight upright. It is the full floor-end unit rather than one piece within it, so a single order covers that whole section.

Machines this light tend to travel with the owner rather than staying parked in one room: up and down stairs, bumped against furniture, dropped occasionally, and the nozzle absorbs nearly all of that punishment before anything else on the vacuum does. Once it chips or cracks, the seal it should hold against the floor breaks down the same way a worn seal would, even though the cause here is impact rather than age.
