Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Finished in carbon, this stand-alone mounting box lets the Hide A Hose 6000 PRO valve mount directly to a wall surface rather than inside the wall cavity. It suits garages, workshops, and commercial spaces where standard in-wall installation is not practical.

Some locations have no open wall to rough into, which leaves the valve without a mounting point. This box provides that surface-mount anchor for the 6000 PRO valve, so you can add a Hide A Hose inlet where in-wall work is impossible.
