Part 7DL003 is a stainless steel worm gear clamp, 1/4 in. width, SAE size 4, with a hex-slotted Phillips drive that takes either a nut driver or a flathead screwdriver, whichever is handy at the fitting.

Powr-Flite lists this clamp for the CAS16, PE010-G03-U, PE310 (G10-U), PE310 (G15-U) and PS35. Clamps this size do quiet, unglamorous work, cinching hose down over barbed fittings along the solution and recovery plumbing. Once the band starts to creep, the first sign is usually a drip forming under the machine rather than an outright failure, and the clamp is cheap enough that replacing it outright beats backing it off and retightening once the threads have started to corrode.

Order by part number, since clamps of this size and drive style are hard to tell apart once they are separated from their packaging. Skip reusing a clamp that has been loosened and retightened repeatedly, since the drive slot rounds off and stops taking a driver cleanly after enough cycles. Snug the band until the hose bulges just slightly on both sides of the clamp, confirming even pressure around the full circumference rather than a pinch point at the screw.
