Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Rexair Rainbow squeegee tool (Part #R13340) is made for the D4SE AquaMate carpet extraction system and is sold individually. The squeegee edge wipes liquid and wet debris off hard floors and smooth surfaces so the extractor can pick it up cleanly.

Once the squeegee edge is worn, nicked, or no longer meeting the floor in a clean line, it streaks and leaves standing liquid behind. A sharp, intact edge is what makes for effective liquid pickup. A fresh squeegee tool restores that clean sweep across smooth surfaces.
