Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement wand lock spring set fits many Kenmore canister vacuums and ships as a pack of two springs. Also listed as parts 569318, 725419, and 4152093, the springs lock attachments and the hose to the wand.

As these springs weaken, the wand, hose, and tools no longer stay locked, so connections feel loose or pull apart during cleaning. Slipping joints interrupt suction and make the vacuum awkward to maneuver. Fresh springs restore a firm, secure lock across the wand connections.
