Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hoover solution tank release latch (part 36152031) locks the solution tank onto the machine and releases it when you need to remove the tank for filling or cleaning. In normal use it holds the tank firmly seated so it stays in place while the machine runs.

A cracked or weak release latch makes the tank hard to seat or lift free, and a failing latch can let the tank shift during use. Either way the tank no longer locks and releases cleanly. Fitting a fresh latch returns a precise, direct-fit closure so the tank clicks into place and comes off easily on demand.
