Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Spanning 26 feet, this replacement cord reel cord (Part #32-5462-2) uses soft 2-wire construction with terminals already fitted, ready to drop into a wide range of vacuum cord reel assemblies that use standard terminal connections. The flexible jacket helps it retract smoothly onto the reel.

When a cord reel cable grows stiff, frays, or gets shortened from repeated cuts, retraction becomes rough and power delivery unreliable. A supple full-length replacement returns clean winding and restores the original reach, so the cord no longer hangs up or drops power mid-clean.
