Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement snap-together grip set (Part #R12088) supplies the right and left handle halves for the electric hose on Rexair Rainbow E and E2 vacuums, covering hose serial numbers 7303305 through 7651458. The black plastic halves snap together around the hose end to form the grip you hold while cleaning.

Handle halves that are cracked or no longer clip tight make the hose grip loose and can expose the wiring inside. A fresh set restores a solid, secure grip. This kit is for the PN-2E versions 1 and 2 (through serial 7690872), PN-2, and R-4375C power nozzle electric hose, and it is not intended for wet pickup.
