Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part A350-0100B is the snap-in socket that holds the headlamp bulb on Riccar MV series machines, not the bulb itself and not the wiring feeding it. Because a lit bulb sits so close to a spinning motor, this position runs hotter than most spots on the machine, hot enough over time to warp a socket molded from ordinary plastic, which is why this one carries a high-temperature rating.

If a new bulb refuses to light, or the beam cuts in and out while the machine is pushed across a rug, suspect the socket and its contacts before blaming the bulb. A housing that heat has warped, or contacts it has corroded, produces both symptoms.
