Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Sirena Ocean Breeze Deodorizer is a 16 oz scent additive for water-based filtration vacuums that clears pet odors, cooking smells, and smoke as you clean. Add one or two capfuls to the water basin and the machine freshens the air while it filters.

Water-filtration vacuums trap dust in the basin, but standing water can hold onto odors between uses. A few capfuls of this deodorizer keep the basin and the exhaust smelling clean rather than musty. It works across a wide range of water-based systems, including the Sirena canister and Rainbow machines.
