Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Sirena non-electric hose (Part #65) fits the Sirena S10NA canister. As a non-electric hose, it carries suction between the canister and the wand without wiring for a power nozzle, serving machines that use air-driven or non-powered floor tools.
Cracks, splits, or kinks along the hose leak air and cause significant suction loss, and even a small crack can noticeably weaken pickup. Inspecting and replacing a damaged hose restores a sealed airflow path from the canister to the cleaning head.
