Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Motor cover for the Simplicity SVPET bagless pet upright, stocked as part CSVP-0008 and supplied with its mounting screws. This cover seals off the motor bay and clamps the internal assembly snugly to the body, so a broken or missing one calls for a proper replacement instead of a tape patch.

Far more of these covers break while a technician is already inside the machine than they ever do in daily use, typically because a screw boss gives way or the seam gets pried at the wrong point during another repair. Since the fasteners come along with it, this single listing covers everything needed to seal the machine back up properly, without hunting down matching screws separately.
