    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement suction hose for the Simplicity Scout canister vacuum, sold complete under part number C481-0005. A hose that has cracked, split at a cuff or worn through at a flex point bleeds airflow before it ever reaches the floor tool, which is why a tired Scout often comes back to life with nothing more than a new hose.

    The Scout and the Scoutplus do not use the same hose. Scoutplus owners running the power nozzle should order the powered hose assembly kit listed for that machine, part C482-0003K.
