    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement suction motor assembly for the Simplicity Scout and Scout Plus, catalogued as part C481-0001. The motor is the single component that generates airflow through the machine, and it is normally the last thing a technician replaces after bags, filters and the hose have all been ruled out as the cause of weak pickup.

    Symptoms that point here rather than at a clog include a motor that runs loud or hot, cuts out under load, or spins up with almost no suction at the hose port. Because it arrives as a complete assembly, the motor comes ready to drop into the housing rather than needing a rebuild on the bench.
