    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Air outlet grid for the Simplicity Scout and Scout Plus canisters, part B481-0006. This is the vented panel on the exhaust side of the machine, where air leaves the canister. It is retained by its own release button, catalogued separately as B481-0008.

    This grid comes off whenever the exhaust side of the machine needs attention, and that handling is usually where the damage starts: a cracked tab, a broken clip, a panel that no longer sits flush against the body. If the panel itself is sound and it is the catch that has failed, order the release button instead of the whole grid. The intake side panel is B481-0002. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
