Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Felt strip package for the carpet and bare floor nozzle on the Simplicity S65 wand vacuum, part number B240-1100. The strips run along the nozzle sole and keep it sealed against the floor, which is where a stick vacuum earns its pickup on hard surfaces and low pile.

Felt mats down and frays with use. Once it does, air leaks in around the nozzle instead of being pulled through it, and the machine feels weak even though the motor and filter are fine.
