    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement brush roll, part C605-1000, moulded in plastic for the Simplicity S26 Allergy Upright Premium. The brush roll is the only component in an upright that touches the carpet on every pass, so it wears out on a schedule while the rest of the machine keeps going.

    The signs are easy to read. Bristles that have gone short and rounded stop lifting pile, the machine starts leaving tracks of grit behind it, and a roller with hair wound tight against the end caps drags on the motor and eats belts.
