Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Two genuine replacement belts for the Simplicity S20PET, the brand's bagless pet upright. PET-B2 is packaged as a pair, so the spare is already on the shelf the next time the brushroll slows down.

A vacuum belt is a consumable, and it rarely announces itself. Heat and load stretch it, and it starts slipping long before it ever snaps. That is why a machine can still sound completely healthy while the roller turns too slowly to pull hair out of carpet. On a pet vacuum the wear runs faster still, because hair wrapping the brushroll adds drag to every single rotation.
