We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Simplicity Jill is a compact bagged canister that, like the Brio, skips the powered brush roll: cleaning comes from straight airflow alone, which suits hard floors and similar surfaces where a spinning brush head would do more scattering than lifting. What sets the Jill apart within that straight-suction lineup is HEPA-grade filtration layered across the bag and the unit sitting behind it.
This model uses Simplicity SZH-6 HEPA replacement bags.
A metal wand rather than plastic, a set of onboard tools for above-floor work, and a full-bag indicator round out the design. The indicator does the useful part: telling you plainly when a fresh bag is due rather than making you puzzle out why pickup has quietly dropped off. The metal wand in particular holds up better than plastic under the daily push-and-pull of hard-floor cleaning, where the wand takes more abuse than it would gliding over carpet.
