Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Type B HEPA media bags for the Simplicity 7 Series and 7000 Series come packed six to a box under part SBH-6, and Simplicity's own site is the source for that fitment list. Where a plain paper bag lets the smallest particles through the weave, this HEPA-media version stops far more of it, which anyone sensitive to dust will notice right on the exhaust air.

Read the model number off the data plate first. The 7 Series and 7000 Series share this particular bag shape, but Simplicity uses other shapes on other upright families, and a collar that does not seat correctly leaves a gap for dust to bypass the media rather than pass through it. That gap is easy to miss during a quick bag change, since the vacuum will still run and still pick up debris even with the seal loose, so a slower drop in suction over several weeks is often the only clue.
