Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Simplicity Floor-It tool (HFI-B) is a hard floor attachment that vacuums and dust-mops in the same pass. A washable microfiber pad is fitted underneath, so loose dust and hair get lifted by the airflow while the pad picks up the fine film that suction alone tends to leave behind on wood, tile and laminate.

This version uses the button lock connection, the style where a spring-loaded button on the wand clicks into a hole in the tool neck. Button lock and friction fit necks are not interchangeable, so check how your existing tools attach before ordering.
