Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D338-0200 is the neck assembly listed for the Simplicity and Riccar Prima. The neck is the jointed connection between the wand and the floor nozzle, and it is what lets the nozzle pivot while the machine is pushed and pulled across the floor. Riccar publishes the Prima as a canister vacuum and lists several Prima floor tools as fitting the Prima canisters only, so confirm your machine is a Prima before ordering rather than another model in the same family.

When the neck cracks or the lock inside it wears loose, the connection stops holding tight. The wand can flop instead of staying put, the nozzle no longer tracks the way it should, and air can leak at the joint, which shows up as reduced suction at the floor even though the motor sounds normal.
