Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Upper cord hook assembly for Simplicity 7000 and 8000 series commercial uprights, including the 7400, stocked as part D431-5400. This ships as a complete mounting unit rather than a bare fastener, so it replaces the hook without sending you looking for separate hardware.

Household hooks rarely see the abuse these do. A cleaning crew feeds out and rewinds a long cord multiple times per shift, loading the hook sideways with every wrap.
