Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TTA-15 is the Tandem Air version of Simplicity's fifteen-foot hose kit, built for uprights whose suction is split between the nozzle and the hose circuit. The crush-proof hose bridges your upright wand and the hose already on the machine, so the reach roughly triples without giving up the tools you own.

The kit adds a curved wand and a deluxe 12-inch floor brush to take on bare floors, and every other upright tool in your set still fits the wand end. A mesh tote holds the lot between jobs.
