Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Simplicity clean air attachment kit, part TCA-15, adds fifteen feet of crush-proof hose to a clean air upright so stairs, ceiling corners and the car in the driveway come within range. One end of the hose handle goes onto the clean air wand already on your machine; the opposite end drops into the hose port on the upright.

  • Hose: 15 ft, crush-proof
  • Included: deluxe floor brush plus a wand adapter
  • Storage: mesh bag for the whole kit
  • Fits: Spirit R21, Clean Air R25 and Vibrance R20 series uprights
  • Does not fit: R20E, R20CL and the 8000 series
