Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Side Connection Plate (Part #1183749000) is a replacement airway fitting for Royal vacuum cleaners. It mounts to the side of the housing and provides the port where the hose or attachment couples to the machine, keeping suction routed cleanly through the connection.

A cracked or warped connection plate lets air leak at the joint, which bleeds off suction at the nozzle and can cause attachments to seat loosely or pop free during use. Fitting a sound plate re-establishes a tight coupling so the full airstream reaches the tool you are using.
