Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Two side brushes, part 611006120, for the Kenmore 31510 and 31510.1 robot vacuum. They are the small spinning arms at the front corners that reach out past the chassis and sweep wall lines and corners into the path of the main brush roll.
Side brushes take a beating against baseboards. The arms bend outwards, take a permanent curl, or shed bristles until they no longer reach the wall - and the tell is a room that looks clean through the middle with a line of dust left along the edges.
They come as a pair because they wear as a pair. Push each one onto its post until it seats, then turn both by hand to confirm nothing binds: a brush that drags loads the motor and is worse than one that is simply worn.
