Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Secondary filter frame, part B388-4814, for the PV secondary filter used in X9 and RAD model uprights, including the Riccar Radiance 10. The frame is the plastic carrier the filter media sits inside; it squares the media to its channel and gives the housing something rigid to seal against.

Frames get brittle over years of heat cycling next to the motor, and a cracked one lets the filter tilt under suction. Once that happens the machine draws part of its air around the media instead of through it, undoing the work of a brand-new filter.
