Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B388-0800B is the charcoal-media secondary filter for Riccar's PV upright, including the revised PV2 body.

This stage works on smell rather than dust: activated carbon binds the compounds behind pet, cooking and stale-bag odor before the exhaust air leaves the machine, a different job than the primary dust-capture stage handles. Carbon does this by chemical attraction rather than by straining particles out of the airflow, so it keeps doing its job even once the pores in the media start to fill, right up until the carbon is fully saturated.
