Pet hair worked into a low-pile rug will not lift on suction alone, and clearing it is the job of the TT-C turbo head. Part 8365GS is the wider Pro version in grey and black, spun by the vacuum's own airstream rather than by a motor, so there is no electrified hose to buy and no brush motor to burn out later.
SEBO lists this head on three canister diagrams: position 64 on the AIRBELT D sheet, position 51 on AIRBELT E and position 36 on AIRBELT K. It is supplied for the K Series, E Series and D4 canisters, and the extra width of the Pro means fewer passes across a rug or a run of stair treads. Because the turbine takes its power from the air moving through the tool, anything that slows the airflow slows the brush: a bag approaching full, a loaded filter or hair wound tight around the roller ends all show up as a head that sounds right but stops picking up.
