    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Stairs are what kill canister shells. The plastic takes the impact and the electronics inside usually never register it. In pastel mint the number is 8328CMER, the top shell for an AIRBELT E3 Premium. Nothing electrical is involved in fitting one, since every component simply moves over from the machine you have.

    Broken corners, a crack tracking along the lid line, or a shell that has stopped closing square against the body each justify a replacement rather than retiring an otherwise healthy vacuum. A lid that will not sit flat is more than a cosmetic complaint, because the seal along that line is part of what keeps the bag compartment drawing properly.

    Order the right piece of the body while you are at it. The AIRBELT E schematic splits the housing three ways, with a bottom casing at item 1, a middle casing at item 5 and the top casing at item 22, and lists a top cover inner part separately at item 23.
