Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Blossoms printed indigo on white identify 7095AM39. If your FELIX Premium came wearing this pattern, it is the number to reorder to keep the machine looking the way it did on the first day rather than turning into a patchwork of whatever was available.

The filter is a working component, not trim. Positioned on the exhaust side, it collects the fine particles that pass through the bag, and the state of that media decides how much resistance the airflow meets on the way out. Left in place season after season it takes more airflow out of the machine than any other single consumable. SEBO builds these to be swapped rather than serviced, so the whole assembly, fabric included, is discarded and replaced. Doing it at the same time as a bag change keeps the interval easy to remember and stops the job being put off indefinitely.

The prints are interchangeable on the machine, so matching the original is a choice rather than a requirement — light blue waves, 7095AM02, sits in the same colour family if the blossoms are no longer to your taste.

Supplied as a single filter and fitted by hand. Servicing a FELIX Premium properly means thinking about three consumables rather than one: the bag, the pre-motor filter on the intake side, which is stocked as 7012AM, and this exhaust element. The last of the three is the one most often left in place for years, because nothing on the machine draws attention to it.
