Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SEBO moulds this switch cap in several colours and they are not chosen by model alone, so order against the finish on your own machine. The gray black version is part 5160GS, and it is the one fitted to the ESSENTIAL G1, ESSENTIAL G2, ESSENTIAL G4 and ESSENTIAL G5.
This cap is the surface a hand or foot meets every time the vacuum is switched on, and it carries that load through a thin moulded skirt. A split or missing cap leaves the rocker open to dust and makes the switch harder to find by feel, and fine carpet dust reaching the contacts is what eventually turns a two-minute cap change into a switch change. The cap presses on and off by hand; the frame it seats in is a separate moulding, so a cap that keeps popping loose points at the frame rather than at this part. On these machines the switch sits where a foot naturally lands, which is why the centre of the cap wears smooth long before the edges show anything.
