Shortest of the 3.9 mm family at just 9.5 mm, part 01027 takes the shallow fixing holes in a SEBO power head where a longer screw would push straight through the moulding behind it.
SEBO shows it as item 121 on the ET-1/ET-2 and DART diagrams and item 152 on the FELIX sheet. It is built to DIN 7981, the cross-recessed pan head tapping screw standard, with an F point: a flat, blunt tip that sits down in a moulded pilot hole and starts cutting without wandering off line. Length is the only thing separating it from the 13 mm and 21 mm screws living in the same shell, which is why it pays to lay the fasteners out in the order they came off rather than sorting them by eye afterwards.
Two symptoms bring people to this part. One is a screw found rattling loose in the base of a power head, since the shallow fixings have the least thread holding them and sit in the most vibration. The other is the discovery, during reassembly, that the short screws are one down and the only remaining candidate is too long for the hole. Both are quick to put right with the correct part. The matching longer fasteners are 01021 at 13 mm and 01020 at 21 mm, and 01027ER supplies this same screw ten to a bag.
