    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Pastel blue is one of the softer finishes offered on the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium, and 52029CIU is the exhaust filter cover in that shade. The cover is the panel on the machine body that closes over the exhaust filter bay: it hides the filter, and more importantly it holds the media squarely down on its seat so all of the air leaving the motor has to pass through it rather than around it.

    Replacement is usually about damage rather than wear. A machine dropped onto a hard floor, a corner cracked against a stair nosing, or a latch tab that finally gave way during a routine filter change — those are the three stories behind most orders. A cover that no longer clips down flat leaves the filter loose in its bay, and air skipping past the edge of the media carries fine dust straight back out into the room, which shows up as a faint smell or a haze in sunlight rather than as anything you can see on the floor.
