    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Mint coloured bodywork is easy to spot and impossible to match with anything generic, so the correct SEBO number matters more here than on a part nobody sees. 51051CMSB is the complete front cover in pastel mint for the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium, sold as an assembled unit.

    This is the hinged face that swings open for a bag change and shuts again over the bag chamber, and it spends its life being handled, leaned against and carried between rooms. Failures follow a pattern. A hinge point cracks, the panel stops sitting flush, and the door that used to close with one push now needs persuading. Left alone, the crack spreads from the mounting boss until the cover no longer holds its position at all. Neither the appearance nor the practical side of that is worth living with, since this panel is what keeps the bag compartment shut.

    Fitting the assembly puts the front of the machine back to how it left the factory, both in fit and in finish. If the cover is coming off anyway, it is a sensible moment to change the consumables behind it: filter bags come in box 5093AM, the pre-motor microfilter is 5036AM with 5812ER as the HEPA alternative, and the exhaust microfilter is 52039RV.
