Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A white C3.1 whose cable has to be pushed back into the machine by hand has almost always broken one small moulding. The replacement number for it is 6006GW.

The pedal lives next to the power control on the canister body. Standing on it trips the catch that is holding the cord reel, the reel winds the cable away, and the pedal springs back to the top of its stroke ready for the next time. Only a few millimetres of movement separate a pedal that works from one that does not, so a crack no wider than a hair, running through the pivot, takes away enough of that movement to leave the catch closed. The complaint therefore arrives as a reel that has stopped working, with nothing visibly wrong when the panel is inspected. Where the moulding travels properly and the reel still ignores it, the return spring behind the pedal is the next suspect.
