    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    More of the SOFTCASE CE12 hangs off the bag housing than most owners realise. Part 75101 is that housing: the moulded compartment the filter bag lives in, and the structure that seals the dirty side of the machine off from everything downstream.

    SEBO's own catalogue descriptions show how much it carries. The power cord connector 8177ER is listed as sitting in the bag housing, and the handle guides 75156GS, supplied as a pair in gray black, are listed as mounting on it. Filter bags are ordered as 75175AM, a box of eight bags with caps. So a cracked housing is not only a suction problem, it is a mounting problem: the sealing face distorts, the bag collar no longer seats square, and the fixings around the cord connector and handle guides start to work loose. Warping around the mounting points and splits radiating from a screw boss are the two things worth looking for before deciding whether to repair or replace.
