Part 75075ER is the axle bracket SEBO fits to the SOFTCASE CE12, drawn at position 171 on the machine's own parts sheet. Its job is to hold the axle steady within the base moulding and keep the wheel perpendicular to the floor, so the vacuum tracks straight along a carpet instead of pulling towards one side as it is pushed.
Position 171 places this bracket right at the tail of the diagram, among the small fixings SEBO groups for the base: an M6 nut at 167, a DIN 9021 washer at 168, a plastic bracket at 169 and a strain relief at 170. One detail from that group is worth knowing before anything down there is disturbed, because the nut listed at position 167 is a left-hand thread and will not release the way an ordinary fastener does.
