Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement trip lever (Part #6490001060) fits the Sanyo SC-U8MA, SC-U10MA, and SC-U11MA uprights. The trip lever is the foot pedal that releases the handle so you can recline the machine for cleaning.

A cracked or broken trip lever will not hold or release the handle properly, leaving the vacuum stuck upright or unable to lock in position. That makes normal use frustrating. A fresh lever restores smooth pedal action and dependable handle release.
